Cala Mitjana (approx: middle bay) describes a smaller but very well-known bay ( cala ) on Menorca's southwest side. The small bay is natural and despite the 20-minute walk to the next parking lot, it is heavily frequented in the summer months due to its idyllic location in a pine forest.
Access to an older parking lot closer to the beach is no longer possible, instead a parking lot on the PM-714 road has to be used.
