The Catedral Metropolitana Ortodoxa de São Paulo is the neo-Byzantine style cathedral of the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese of Arquidiocese Ortodoxa Antioquina de São Paulo e Todo o Brasil of the city of São Paulo in Brazil . It is one of the largest Orthodox cathedrals in the world.

The church was built from 1942 to 1954 and consecrated in 1954. It is modeled on Hagia Sophia and is located on Rua Vergueiro 1515.
