The radiant of the Chi Orionids meteor shower , which has only weak activity, is located just north of the star Chi Orionis. The mother body of this meteor shower, the activity of which lasts from November 26th to December 15th, is the asteroid 2201 Oljato .
In some meteor stream lists, the stream of the Chi Orionids no longer appears as an independent meteor stream, but is combined with other ecliptic streams to form a year-round active stream called the antihelion source .
