CRAIC (China-Russia Commercial Aircraft International Company) is a Sino-Russian aircraft manufacturing company founded on May 22, 2017. The joint venture consists of the Chinese COMAC ( Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China ) and the Russian UAC ( United Aircraft Corporation ). Both companies each hold 50% of the shares.
