Chouquette
In Chouquette is one in France popular pastry from small dough balls, which are sprinkled with sugar. The balls are eaten cold. The dough consists of flour, butter, eggs and salt, which are mixed with water or milk (sometimes both in equal parts). Many supermarkets offer the pastries in refrigerated counters in large boxes.
