Chow my
Chow mein is a noodle dish from Chinese-American cuisine in the USA, which is also available in Asian cuisine in a similar form as Chaomian ( 炒麵 / 炒面 , chǎomiàn - "fried noodles") .
The American version consists of noodles fried in a bundle with meat and vegetables. In the Chinese original, however, the noodles are soft. The dish called chow mein has been proven in the United States since 1903.
