Cintra, SA ( Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte ) is a Spanish infrastructure company based in Madrid and part of the Ferrovial group of companies. Cintra builds and operates toll roads, particularly highways, and parking garages. These include, for example, Highway 407 (Ontario), the Chicago Skyway, the Indiana Toll Road and various roads in Spain. The Trans-Texas Corridor is currently being built together with the Zachry Corporation Company from San Antonio, Texas .

Cintra was founded in 1998 as a subsidiary of Ferrovial in order to bundle all of the Group's investments in the area of ​​motorways and parking garages. The IPO of Cintra took place in 2004, but Ferrovial remained the majority shareholder. In 2009, however, Cintra was merged with Ferrovial again ; Since then, Cintra has been a 100% subsidiary of Ferrovial again and is no longer listed on the stock exchange.
