Clean Diamond Trade Act
The Clean Diamond Trade Act is a US law passed in 2003, which aims to prevent diamonds from conflict regions (" blood diamonds ") from being traded in the USA. It regulates - in connection with the Kimberley Process - the handling of rough diamonds as a commodity.
