Compliant transaction recording

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Compliant Transaction Recording (CTR) stands for the audit-proof archiving of any web-based transactions and interactions. It is a term from the field of web content management systems (WCMS).

CTR solutions enable the archiving of websites as well as business processes and transaction flows that run through websites - e.g. B. Orders or information requests. The information contained in a website at a certain point in time is recorded and archived unchangeably so that it can be traced at any time in the exact form in which the website user saw it.

In addition to legally secure archiving, the method is also suitable for analyzing user behavior and the usability of an internet-based information system.
