Contract law (England and Wales)
The Contract Law of England and Wales 'is that part of the legal order of England and Wales' that deals with the requirements and effects of contracts. It thus largely includes areas of law that find their functional equivalents in general civil law and in the general law of obligations of the legal systems of the German legal community. A special feature of common law is the requirement of Consideration (approximately , contribution ') for the effectiveness of a contract.
