DIN SPEC 77008
DIN SPEC 77008 "Requirements for a digital end-to-end process between residents, real estate managers and service providers" is a self-contained process description for standardized digital process management in real estate management. DIN SPEC 77008 describes the implementation of digital communication processes in process management of real estate management, necessary processes and actors and defines their rights and roles in the process. The DIN SPEC 77008 was developed by the company hausify GmbH at the German Institute for Standardization e. V. (DIN) initiated. The basic structure of the process architecture was developed by Frank Kagerer and Martin Schmal in 2018 in advance of the SPEC project work. DIN SPEC 77008: 2019-02 was drawn up by an expert committee in 2018 using the PAS procedure. In addition to hausify GmbH u. a. Cleopa GmbH and METR Building Management Systems GmbH, as well as real estate management companies such as MJ Immobilienmanagement eK In January 2019, Beuth-Verlag published the DIN SPEC. DIN SPEC 77008 is intended to define requirements for a digitized end-to-end process in the area of tension between residents, property managers and service providers. A major part concerns the introduction of standardized ticketing systems to automate transparent communication. The process is managed centrally, with the property manager being the process owner. The process has three roles: resident, property manager and service provider. Authorizations are assigned to the roles. The authorizations are "Create", "Check" and "Release".
DIN SPEC 77008 describes the end-to-end approach to the handling of processes (e.g. damage cases) in a real estate object, including the possible process terminations and the resulting consequences.
The DIN SPEC contains requirements for the ticketing system, for defining the project status and references for handling personal data.
