Continuous speed

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The continuous speed is the highest speed that a person or a vehicle can maintain over a longer period of time or permanently. Exceeding this speed is only possible for a short time without impairment.

In endurance sports, maintaining the optimal endurance speed plays an important role. In cycling, a team trains to maintain the constant speed.
