David Coffey
David Coffey is a British Baptist clergyman.
Coffey, ordained a Baptist pastor in 1967 , worked in various Baptist churches in England before becoming president of the Baptist Union of Great Britain in 1987. From 1991 until his retirement in 2006 he was General Secretary of the Baptist Union of Great Britain. In addition, he from 1997 to 1999 Chairman of the European Baptist Federation and 2005-2010 President of the Baptist World Alliance (Baptist World Alliance).
