DesignCAD is a 2D / 3D CAD system from IMSI Design, LLC based in Novato.

DesignCAD is a full-fledged and industry-neutral 2D / 3D construction tool for all phases of the planning and development process. In addition to the creation of 2D drawings, the program also supports the processing of 3D surfaces and solid modeling. DesignCAD was marketed under the name ProDesign in the United States of America from 1985 . From 1990 the product name changed to DesignCAD.

Supported operating systems and version

DesignCAD runs on current Microsoft Windows operating systems. Currently available in the DesignCAD 2019 version (in two variants: DesignCAD 2D and DesignCAD 3D MAX).
