German-Baltic People's Party

The German-Baltic People's Party ( DbVP ) was a party of the German minority in Latvia between 1920 and 1934.

The DbVP was founded on January 19, 1920. Chairman was from January 19, 1920 to March 21, 1920 Eduard Reusner (1868-1940), from March 21, 1920 to 1933 Wilhelm von Fircks (1870-1933) and from 1933 to 1934 Woldemar Pussul (1884-1939).

The party, which represented right-wing positions, appeared in elections to the Saeima as part of the committee of the Baltic German parties . With Wilhelm von Fircks, Arthur Reusner and Woldemar Pussul, it provided a total of three members.

After a coup d'état on May 15, 1934 , the parties, including the German-Baltic People's Party, were banned by Kārlis Ulmanis and the Saeima dissolved.
