German war cemetery Copenhagen Bispebjerg
The German War Cemetery Copenhagen Bispebjerg is a cemetery for 370 German soldiers and 594 refugees from the Second World War on Bispebjerg Kirkegård in Copenhagen , Denmark .

The graves are one kilometer from the main entrance and are located in the south-western part of the southern chapel near the Kirschenallee at the rear boundary of the cemetery in section 8, row 19 and section 9, row 31.
The dead
The soldiers died between 1942 and 1944. From April 1945, refugee ships from the east began arriving in large numbers. The dead could only be cremated. The names of the known dead are listed in section 8 on bronze plaques.

On Bispebjerg Kirkegård there are also the graves of Danish freedom fighters, soldiers and police officers, British members of the Royal Air Force and the graves of Soviet soldiers in Section 10.
