Germanuss
A Deutschuss is a shot that is fired by the shooter for lack of time - for example in an emergency situation - or when the distance to the target is very short (up to five meters) without the aid of the aiming device of the weapon.
procedure
Instead of using the target device is only to the target interpreted . Since the probability of a hit is much lower than with targeted shots, German shots are often fired in quick succession in order to increase the hit probability. Some firearms are designed in terms of handling and ergonomics in such a way that they have good Germanuss properties.
commitment
The German nut is used in sporty shotgun shooting with shot. Because of the fast motion sequences, target acquisition is more important than precise aiming. With appropriate training, good hits are regularly possible at distances of up to 40 meters. This type of firing is also trained when the police use firearms in order to achieve automation.
