DiePresse.com is the online edition of the national, bourgeois-conservative Austrian daily newspaper Die Presse .

The editors of DiePresse.com publish articles relating to the latest news from all over the world. The online offering is structured in eleven different sections (called "channels"), each with several sub-sections, and also offers numerous options for expanded news consumption. For example, you can subscribe to the headlines as part of a web feed or you can set up news delivery via a newsletter . Since November 2007 DiePresse.com has also been offering an iPhone version of its offer. The "Die Presse Anno" service offers hotlinks to the digital newspaper archive ANNO - AustriaN Newspapers Online , which contains all press editions from the first edition on July 3, 1848 to the last edition on October 31, 1896. All articles in the print edition of the press are also published on DiePresse.com . The articles usually flow into DiePresse.com's editorial system the evening before the newspaper appears.

In addition to news coverage, DiePresse.com also offers a collection of blogs in which various editors from print and online give their opinion on current events.

User interaction

Comparable to other online offers of daily newspapers, DiePresse.com offers its users the opportunity to comment on articles. In contrast to most other offers, users can post as guest users. Registered users can take part in chats that DiePresse.com has with prominent representatives from politics, business and culture and ask their questions there.
