Docuverse
As Docuverse called Ted Nelson electronic universal library , by a hypertext as Xanadu is to be built; The countless documents are stored in a distributed manner, but linked together so that a metadocument is created:
- "Literature is an ongoing system of interconnecting documents" (Ted Nelson)
Like the Xanadu project, he sees himself as "Literary Machines" ; however, the Docuverse paradigm was not implemented in Xanadu, but - with some functional cutbacks - in the World Wide Web , which in many aspects forms the opposite of the pressure paradigm.
