Drumcondra ( Irish : Droim Conrach , i.e. Conra ridge) is a district in the north of Dublin in Ireland . It is under the administration of the Dublin City Council . The Tolka River and the Royal Canal run through the district.

Officially (according to the Local Government (Dublin) Act of 1930, First Schedule, Part I) the area of ​​Drumcondra Rural is divided into the following townlands : Clonturk, Furrypark, Hampstead Hill, Hampstead South, Killester North, North Bull, Puckstown and Sibylhill . Part II also lists Killester Demesne, Harmonstown and Artaine South as further subdivisions.
