Télévision Algérienne ( Arabic التلفزيون الجزائري, DMG at-Tilifizyūn al-Ǧazā'irī , German Algerian television ) is an Algerian television network. It was founded on December 24, 1954 or 1956 at the time of French colonial rule and is based in El Mouradia in the province of Algiers .
It is the first public television broadcaster of the Établissement public de télévision (EPTV), previously Établissement national de télévision (ENTV), and one of the most important entertainment and news broadcasters in Algeria.
