The ESAS Holding AS is a Turkish holding company . It belongs to the Turkish industrial family Sabancı , which also holds the majority of Sabancı Holding .
ESAS Holding was founded in August 2000. The first activity was the takeover of Medline in December 2000. Sevket Sabanci is the CEO. She is particularly active in the airline and healthcare sectors.
