Egon Zehnder is a Swiss consulting company that is active in personnel consulting , particularly in the areas of executive search and leadership advisory. The company was founded in 1964 by Egon Zehnder in Zurich .

The company's international partners are equal owners. Worldwide there are 68 locations with 500 consultants, 350 researchers and 2000 full-time employees in 40 countries. With an annual global turnover of 746 million Swiss francs in 2019, it is one of the five largest companies in this field worldwide. In Germany, Egon Zehnder achieved a turnover of 93.3 million euros in 2018. Edilson Camara has been Egon Zehnder's Chief Executive Officer since 2018. In the summer of 2018, Jill Ader was elected by the partners as the first woman to head Egon Zehnder. In November she took up her position as Chairwoman. Hanns Goeldel is Managing Director of Egon Zehnder International Germany.
