Einar Lilloe Gran (born November 16, 1886 , † 1966 ) was a Norwegian engineer and aviation pioneer.

Live and act

Einar Lilloe Gran was a son of Carl Ludvig Oscar Nielsen Gran (born April 26, 1855 - October 22, 1897) and his wife Emma Sofie Christine born. Halvorsen (born June 11, 1857 in Sandaker ).

In 1910 he designed and built Norway's first powered aircraft . It had a span of 10 meters and it cost NOK 12,000 to build . There have been several attempts to get it to fly, but these have remained unsuccessful.
