Built-in telephone

A built-in telephone or built-in telephone is a telephone that is built into consoles or tables. As a rule, the part of the telephone that is on the table of desk telephones is built in; the telephone receiver can be moved and is placed in recesses in the built-in device part. Built-in telephones are used where conventional desktop telephones cannot be used for various reasons.
