Integration grant

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Integration grants (EGZ) employers can receive for the hiring of employees in need of support in the form of allowances for wages. The grants serve to compensate for expected underperformance , which may exist, for example, due to a long period of unemployment, a disability, poor qualifications or age. The unemployment of the employee alone does not constitute a sufficient reason for the granting of funding. What is decisive is the presence of placement barriers that mean a specific competitive disadvantage for the person concerned. The performance is regulated in § 88 ff. SGB IIIas well as internally through corresponding business instructions from the Federal Employment Agency .
