Einsatzgemeinschaft is a term from German social welfare law.

If a person applies for social assistance, the income and assets of the spouse or partner who are not permanently separated are taken into account when calculating benefits. On the basis of Section 20 SGB ​​XII, this also applies to cohabiting partnerships. If an unmarried minor child is in need of assistance, the parents' income and assets are taken into account; However, the reverse does not apply, the income and assets of the minor child are not taken into account for the parents (except in the context of a household community ).

An unmarried minor child and his or her parents living in the household are not part of a community service if the child is pregnant or is caring for a biological child up to six years old.

The task force is regulated for assistance with subsistence in Section 27, Paragraph 2 of Book XII of the Social Code, and for assistance in special situations in Section 19, Paragraph 3 of Book XII of the Social Code. For basic security in old age and disability are special rules.
