Deprivation of minors

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The offense of deprivation of minors (previously: deprivation of minors ) is regulated in Switzerland in Article 220 of the Criminal Code (StGB) and punishes child abduction . The deprivation of a minor by the holder of the right to determine the place of residence is a criminal offense. Refusing to return the minor is also punishable. The perpetrator will only be prosecuted at the request of the person from whom the minor was withdrawn. The consent of the withdrawn person does not change the criminal liability of the withdrawal.
