The Envivas health insurance AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Generali Germany Holding AG , based in Cologne .
Products
The company is aimed exclusively at those legally insured in the Techniker Krankenkasse , to whom it offers private supplementary insurance such as international health insurance , supplementary dental insurance or supplementary care insurance . The sales cooperation with Techniker Krankenkasse was made possible by a corresponding change in the law in the 2014 health reform .

In 2019, Envivas insured around 1.7 million people and generated premium income of 120 million euros.

Envivas does not have its own employees. All of the work of Generali Deutschland Holding AG and its employees was transferred in function outsourcing and service agreements .
