Evidence value

The evidence value is based on the context of action and creation of documents and thus fulfills the function of evidence of information. This enables well-founded statements regarding the tasks and goals of an organization, as well as its structure and processes.

The value of documents can be divided into primary and secondary value on the one hand, and evidence and information value on the other . The evidence value is related to the concept of lead management and is important for the historical auxiliary sciences .
