The Fédération Nationale des Cheminots, Travailleurs du Transport, Fonctionnaires et Employés Luxembourgeois , abbreviated to “FNCTTFEL” or “Landesverband”, is a Luxembourg trade union .
Founded on January 10, 1909 as a unified association of railway workers, the regional association, as it was called from the beginning, was able to continuously expand its activities in both the transport sector and the public service. After the reconstruction after the Second World War , the road traffic workers joined the regional association in 1955, and in 1963 the main professional group of state and municipal officials was established in the regional association.
Today, railway workers, transport workers and public employees are united in the regional association.
"Signal" is the union's membership magazine.
