The Kaufmann Bausysteme FC Bizau is an Austrian football club from Bizau in the Bregenzerwald ( Vorarlberg ). The club plays in the national league in 2017/18 .

history

FC Bizau was officially founded on November 22, 1970.

After the club was officially founded, FC Bizau first took part in the "Bregenzerwald League", which still existed at that time, in a regular championship operation in 1974/75.

After the "Bregenzerwald League" was dissolved, FC Bizau was included in the championship operation of the Vorarlberg Football Association of the 2nd regional class in the 1996/97 season. In this first season, the league championship title was also achieved.

After a season in the 1st national class, the next success was already to be booked in the second year. As runners-up in the 1998/99 season, promotion to the regional league was celebrated.

This was followed by two years in the regional league before promotion to the top division of the Vorarlberg Football Association in the 2001/02 season.

From 2002 to 2014, FC Bizau played continuously in the top division of the Vorarlberg Football Association.

After achieving the first championship title in the Vorarlbergliga in the 2010/11 season, the club renounced promotion to the Regionalliga West. This changed after achieving the second title in the 2013/14 season. The club took on the challenge and had to return to the Vorarlberg League after just one season in the Regionalliga West.

From the 2015/16 season, FC Bizau will play again in the Vorarlberg League.
