Falcon Patrol

Falcon Patrol I and II are two computer games for the Commodore 64 written by Steve Lee and published by Virgin Games in 1983 (Falcon Patrol I) and 1984 (Falcon Patrol II). Falcon Patrol II was also released for the ZX Spectrum in 1985 , Falcon Patrol I continued to be released for the VC20 .

Falcon Patrol is a shoot 'em up ( H-Scrolling ) set in a region of the Middle East. The player controls a jet jet ( VTOL aircraft) with which he is supposed to destroy attacking jet jets (part I) or helicopters (part II) in order to get to the next level. Falcon Patrol I and Falcon Patrol II differ mainly in the different attackers and the design of the individual levels.

In 2007 the game was reissued for Windows.

Indexing in Germany

The games were indexed on January 31 and April 15, 1987 by the Federal Testing Office for writings harmful to minors and removed from the index in December 2011.
