Federico Ramírez
Federico Ramírez Méndez (born November 4, 1975 in Cot de Oreamuno ) is a Costa Rican cyclist .
Federico Ramírez won the overall ranking of the Vuelta a Chiriqui in 1995, in 1996 and 1997 he was overall first at the Vuelta de Higuito and in 2000 he won the Vuelta a Costa Rica . Two years later he won a stage at the Vuelta a Costa Rica and in the following two years he was successful there in the team time trial and another stage. He also won four stages at the Vuelta a Chiriqui in 2003 and a section of the Vuelta a Zamora in 2004. In 2005 Ramírez became national time trial champion, he won the fifth stage of the Vuelta de Higuito and the overall classification of the Vuelta a Chiriqui. In the 2006 season he was again successful on a section of the Vuelta a Costa Rica.
