Fiona "Felsie" Bayne (born May 10, 1966 in Perth ) is a Scottish curler .
Bayne made her international debut at the 1988 European Curling Championships in Perth , where she won the silver medal.
Bayne was a substitute for the British team in the XVIII. Winter Olympics in Nagano in curling. The team finished fourth after a 6-10 defeat against Sweden by Skip Elisabet Gustafson .
