Flight Information Exchange Model

Flight Information Exchange Model (FIXM, German  flight information exchange object ) is a data format for the exchange of information about flight data during the entire life cycle of an aircraft . FIXM increases interoperability between all parties involved in air traffic by recording and documenting interactions between air traffic management systems, airspace users, transport authorities, security and defense authorities, logistics and transport companies, and many more.
