Food swap
With that of the United States derived expression Food Swap (Engl. From food , dt. Eating , Food and swap to German exchange , barter ) meeting refer to operations where the participants themselves exclusively or produced food such as fruits, vegetables produced, etc. Preserves (jam etc.) or z. B. Exchange bread among each other.
After inspection and testing, the respective interested parties enter themselves in the lists laid out for the individual products; after the exchange values have been agreed, the individual offers are finally distributed among the interested parties in the manner of a "silent auction".
