Research agenda

A research agenda refers to a position paper that shows a need for research in a specific topic or discipline. It can contain one or more subject areas, whereby roughly formulated, subject-specific research questions are presented. It is often prepared by institutions in the private sector or by governments to communicate important research needs to research institutions.
