The Castellino used on the right defensive side belonged to the squad of Nacional in the Primera División from at least 1910 to 1917 . In 1912, 1915 and 1916 his club was each Uruguayan champions. In total, he completed 134 games in the period from 1910 to 1917 for the Bolsos .
National team
Castellino was also a member of the Uruguayan senior team . With her he took part in the 1916 South American Championship . Uruguay won the title. Castellino was only left with the role of substitute player.
