Fruit extract

A fruit extract is a substance extracted from a fruit that is used to sweeten, color or change the taste of food .

Due to the increased demand for goods without chemically produced ingredients, fruit extracts are very popular. In terms of taste and consistency, however, the fruit extract cannot be distinguished from an identical chemical product.
