The Fundación Proacceso ECO AC is a Mexico- based non-profit foundation.

It uses technology as a means of education for the poor. The main project of the foundation "Fundación Proacceso" is called RIA (Red de Innovación y Aprendizaje), or "Learning and Innovation Network", a group of training centers that give members from low-income communities in Mexico access to computers, the Internet and quality education, provides.

The foundation was established in December 2008 and in just over a year it has registered more than 68,000 members in RIA centers. 32 new RIA centers will open by the end of January 2011.

RIA offers courses on basic knowledge of computers and the Internet, including English, finding jobs on the Internet, math and science for the kids, photography, personal finance, and more. Students can also obtain their college degrees, bachelor's and master's degrees , from the RIA Center through the Institute of Online Education.

The foundation was recently commissioned to design 5 educational video games and put them on a website. These games, as well as the website, will be open to the public in spring 2011.
