Galvanic price

The Galvanische Preis ( French Prix du galvanisme ) is a scientific award in the field of galvanism , donated on June 15, 1802 by Napoleon Bonaparte .

It was endowed with 3,000 francs each and was awarded by the mathematical-physical class of the Institut de France .
