Casual cause
In German social law, an occasional cause is understood to be a cause that is causal for the occurrence of damage , but is not legally relevant.
The delimitation of an occasional cause according to the theory prevailing in social law from the essential condition can be particularly important in the expert assessment of occupational accidents .
