The GEER was first published in 2000. Current editors are Peter Egger, Almut Balleer, Jesus Crespo-Cuaresma, Mario Larch, and Aderonke Osikominu, Georg Wamser, and Christine Zulehner. The association also publishes the German-language magazine Perspektiven der Wirtschaftspektiven .
