Civil Process Reform Law

The Law for Reform of Civil Procedure , or Civil Procedure Reform Act for short - ZPO-RG , is a German amending law . It was decided on July 27, 2001. A structural reform to improve the quality and efficiency of the civil justice system was intended . This included strengthening the first instance, institutionalizing the mediation concept through the introduction of a quality negotiation , redesigning the appointment into an instrument for error control and an accelerated resolution option for unsubstantiated appointments . In the course of this, changes were made to the Courts Constitution Act and the Code of Civil Procedure as well as 48 other laws and ordinances.
