Grande Fratello (abbreviated GF) is an Italian offshoot of Big Brother that was first broadcast on Canale 5 on September 14, 2000 .
description
Grande Fratello is produced by Endemol , a television production and development company headquartered in the Netherlands . Once a week there is an evening show moderated by Barbara D'Urso. Several people live in a house for a certain period of time and are monitored with cameras 24 hours a day. Those in the house can be helped by the audience by calling for them. The last remaining candidate in the house wins a large sum of money.
