Gray monks
The term gray monks describes two different monastic orders:
- Cistercians because of their gray travel mug
- Franciscan orders , since 1517 especially Minorites , engl. Greyfriars , see also Gray Monastery
- Gray monk is also a name for the Pinot Gris .
