Boundary consideration (tax law)
A limit view in tax law is a simplified view of taxation, e.g. B. for clarification or teaching purposes .
Any exemption limits and allowances are not taken into account. If the tax regulation provides for a variable tax rate , the maximum value is selected.
To justify this simplified view, it can be stated that the relevance of the tax regulation increases with the tax base .
