The Code de Commerce (in free German translation also the law on commercial companies ), which was first passed on August 10, 1915, is the Luxembourg commercial code.

history

The first version of the law appeared on August 10, 1915. The law was changed on January 15, 1927. In contrast to the German Commercial Code, the Luxembourg commercial law also contains provisions that are regulated in Germany in the Stock Corporation Act and the Transformation Act.

The commercial law is changed if necessary and adapted to new developments.
