Hanisauland is a comic by the author Peter Brandt and the illustrator Stefan Eling , of which a sequel appears on the Internet every month .

content

The comic describes a fictional world in which rabbits, hippos and wild boars try to build a democracy . This explains the name Hanisauland, in which “Ha” stands for rabbits, “ni” for hippos and “sau” for wild boars. The funny drawn characters find it difficult to build their democratic state. While the hares would prefer to grow carrots all over the country, the hippos demand the construction of a huge dam, and the wild boars would prefer if everything stayed as it is. In addition, the pingus are now coming because their ice floe has broken off due to the major environmental problem. At first they are helpful to the Chancellor, but soon they are so dissatisfied with the environmental problem that they sit in front of the Chancellery, actually the prison, and demand less CO 2 emissions. After earning a lot of money through the Nilsteiner Oracle, the three old people fled abroad. You are back now, but you hardly operate the oracle anymore. You now earn from carrot washers. After the last election, Bärbel Breitfuß had more votes than the other parties alone, but the parties, MFA (Möhren für Alle) SIG (Schwein Im Glück) and “Der König”, together had more votes than Bärbel. They pooled their votes and discussed who should become chancellor. After long discussions it was off the table: Rainer becomes Chancellor, Egon remains Foreign Minister and King Speckig becomes a representative. But Bärbel did not want to withdraw from politics. She became mayor of Rübstadt and was satisfied with this position. But the people demonstrated violently against Rainer Renner, the new Chancellor, and after many letters of complaint, he asked Bärbel if she wanted to take up her old office again. She did and the people cheered. Lately the hate rabbits, the three old men and King Speckig have been doing a lot of actions, often right-wing extremists.
